What is needed to participate?

Registering with PiniOn is very easy. Registration is free and you can create an account using your own email!

To get started, you will need to:

• Be over 18 years of age;
• Have a bank account or a Brazilian PayPal account, both of which must be registered in your name. For security reasons, it is not allowed to withdraw your funds to third party accounts, regardless of family ties.
• Have a cell phone equipped with Android system (minimum 5.1) or iPhone 5S using iOS 12 or higher
• Have an internet plan on your cell phone to be constantly connected
• Do not have any previous registration in the system as it is only possible to register only one account per person.

How to register?

The first step is to download the app from your app store;

You will first need to create an account to be able to access and participate in PiniOn missions. This is a quick registration that will only be necessary on the first access to the application!

You will be able to create an account from scratch using your email or simply choose to register via Facebook, an option that brings you ease and convenience. In both cases the process is simple and fast, leaving it up to you to choose which registration method to use!

Common registration:

To proceed with the common registration you will need to fill in all the fields as requested on the app screen. The following data will be required:

• Name;
• Email;
• Password;
• Country;
• Birth; It is
• Sex.
• After entering these data, press “Send Registration”!

If you choose to register via Facebook, you will find the same screen as the registration via email, but part of the requested data will already be filled in automatically.

In both cases it is very important that you memorize your password as it will be requested when you want to make withdrawals or even update your profile.

After registration, click on “Send Registration”!

After completing the registration, you should be forwarded to the main screen of PiniOn, where you will be able to find and participate in several missions already existing on the platform. In case you want to change something in your profile, click on the settings button in the upper left region on the same screen.

How do I earn money?

Now that you have your account registered and ready to earn money, it's time to find missions to complete and get paid.

First, what types of quests should I find in the app?

The main missions you will find are related to:

• Survey – Where you will answer questions related to brands, products and/or services, sharing your opinion and experience
• Monitoring – Where you will identify products at strategic points of sale such as markets and pharmacies, disclosing information regarding prices, offers or even measuring the temperature of the competition.
• Mystery shopper – In this modality, you will act from the perspective of a customer when buying from an establishment or contracting a service and then you will share your experience during all stages of the process, such as quality of care, services or environment.

After completing the mission, you must press the button written “Send Now” in the application. It is worth mentioning that for your mission to be sent, you must be connected to the internet.

How do I receive my payment?

As mentioned earlier, you can receive your payments in two different ways: Bank transfer or PayPal.

In the case of the first one, you must accumulate at least R$:30.00 in your account so that you can request the transfer to your bank account.

The process is very similar to that of PayPal, requiring you to go to the application's home screen and click on a button labeled “Withdrawal” to access the statements. Checking the statement screen, you must click on the green button written “Request withdrawal” which will take you directly to the tab named “Bank”.

In this tab, you must choose your bank and fill in the details of your agency and account to which the amounts will be transferred. After having these data filled in, click on “Request transfer” and enter your password created in PiniOn, when requested.

The amount should fall into your account within 10 business days!

In the case of the second option you need an accumulated balance of R$: 20.00 or more and you will already be able to request a withdrawal to your PayPal account (assuming it is active and unrestricted).

To complete this withdrawal is simple, just click on the central button on the Dashboard written “Withdrawal” and your statement will be displayed.

You will be transferred to a statement screen where you must press a button written “Request withdrawal” and then select PayPal in the next tab.

You will need to fill in certain data referring to your PayPal account and then you will have to click on “Request transfer” and enter your PiniOn password. Once this is done, all that remains is to wait and in up to 5 business days the money will be in your PayPal account!
